CoolSys Energy Design designed the MEP systems for an efficient customized office building that received significant incentives from The NJ Pay for Performance Energy Program.

The HVAC system comprised of a VAV (variable air volume) distribution system, providing individualized comfort cooling and heating to all separate offices throughout the facility.

The heating system included high efficiency condensing boilers piped to the vav boxes with a variable speed pumping system. The data center within this office had a separate dedicated split air cooled customized independent system.

Lighting throughout the space comprised of LED dimming fixtures, controlled by a central building management system
