CoolSys Energy Design has completed a multitude of projects for the Atrium including: natatorium HVAC and dehumidification, HVAC redesign of the 20 story internal atrium, redesign of the smoke evacuation and fire alarm system, new generator design (800KW), redesign of the domestic hot water system, boiler design (including a conversion from oil to gas and conversion from a low efficiency steam boiler to high efficiency condensing hot water boiler), separating building space heat and domestic hot water. We took this building through the NJ Clean Energy Pay for Performance program where they received hundreds of thousands of dollars in incentives. We also provided bidding administration services, as well as construction administration services for the client.
